1.On the File tab, click Options.
2.In the dialog, in the left sidebar, click Styles.
3.Change the parameters you want.
4.Click OK.
Below is a description of the parameters in this section.
Select current text style in the list
If set, the current text style, on which the cursor or selection is set in the word processor, is automatically selected in the Styles pane.
Display style short information
If set, the main attributes of styles are displayed in the Styles pane. Otherwise, only style names are displayed.
Show text styles
If set, text styles are shown in the Styles pane. Otherwise, text styles are hidden.
Show paragraph styles
If set, paragraph styles are shown in the Styles pane. Otherwise, paragraph styles are hidden.
Show list styles
If set, list styles are shown in the Styles pane. Otherwise, list styles are hidden.
Show table styles
If set, table styles are shown in the Styles pane. Otherwise, table styles are hidden.
Show reserved styles
If set, reserved styles are shown in the Styles pane. Otherwise, reserved styles are hidden.
Show user styles only
If set, automatically created styles are shown in the Styles pane. Otherwise, automatically created styles are hidden.
Show keyboard shortcuts
If set, the Style pane will display the keyboard shortcuts assigned to the styles.
Group styles by type
When selected, the style list is sorted by style type and name. Otherwise, the style list is sorted by style name only.
