If you are a legally registered user of HelpSmith, you:

  • Have the right for free upgrades to any newer minor version (for example, from 1.0 to any 1.x version).
  • Or, you have the right for free upgrades to any newer major version (for example, from 1.x to 2.x, 3.x, 4.x, and so on) if the period of one year since your order date has not yet elapsed. In this case, simply contact us via email or by using the feedback form and we will send you a new license key.
  • In other cases, you can use the form below to purchase the latest HelpSmith version at a special upgrade price (50% off our regular price). You can purchase an upgrade for any number of licenses that you have. Please note that upgrade orders are manually processed and you will receive a new license key for the appropriate number of licenses after verifying your previous licensing information.
