Upgrades require an existing license of HelpSmith. Please choose the product that you have. To get your HelpSmith version, on the File tab, in the left sidebar, click Help.

Free Upgrades
- If you have a license for HelpSmith 9.x, you can upgrade to the latest HelpSmith 9.9 (the same edition) for free. In this case, you can simply download and install the latest HelpSmith version.
- If you have a license for a previous HelpSmith release (for example, HelpSmith 8.x) within the period of one year since your order date, you can upgrade to the latest HelpSmith 9.x for free. In this case, please contact us for a free upgrade.
- In other cases, you can upgrade existing license(s) to the latest HelpSmith 9.x at a special price by using the form above.
