Description
If the path to your Temporary Directory in Windows contains an ".h" string, this may cause a crash of the HHC.exe compiler. As a result, your HTML Help (CHM) file will not be created.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you can change the location of your Temporary Directory by editing the values of the following environment variables: TEMP, TMP.
To access your Environment Variables, you can:
1.Open Windows Explorer.
2.In the left sidebar, right-click on This PC and select Properties.
3.In the System window, click Advanced system settings.
4.In the System Properties dialog, click Environment Variables.
