Description
If an HTML Help (CHM) file is located and accessed from a network computer or from a shared network folder, it can be blocked by Windows security policy. As a result, HTML Help Viewer will display a message such as "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" or "This program cannot display the webpage" instead of the actual content.
Solution
Change the destination directory of your CHM file to a directory on the local computer.
Remark: It is recommended that HTML Help (CHM) files to be located and accessed from a local hard drive. If you need your users to access the help system through network, you can consider using the Web Help format instead of HTML Help.
